Поставка товару здійснюється протягом 5 календарних днів з моменту отримання заявки від Замовника. Строк (термін) поставки товару: до 31.12.2026 року. Товар повинен постачатись кожного тижня, відповідно до заявок, з 8:00 годин до 16:00 години, крім суботи та неділі. Дні завозу товару можуть змінюватися Замовником, враховуючи потреби закладів освіти. Продукція має постачатися і розвантажуватися транспортом та силами Постачальника до закладу Замовника відповідно до узгодженого графіку із Замовником та наданням копій оригіналів документів для підтвердження якості товару. Постачальник постачає Замовнику товар поступово, дрібними партіями у період дії договору відповідно до наданих заявок. Продукція харчової промисловості повинна постачатися у спеціальному транспорті з дотриманням санітарних вимог, в тому числі щодо сумісності продуктів харчування
